Roy is a charming, good-looking, strong dog with a lot of will to please.
According to his owner and handler he has always been a very effective and consistent dog, he is the type of dog who ensures you will have the highest amount of game in your bag after a day of hunting.
Roy was awarded 2nd place at the IGL Championship in 2008. He picked such a nice runner on one of his retrieves that the gallery rewarded him with a big ovation which only happened twice during the 3 days of trial competition.
