Monkey's mother, FTCh Glenpatrick Eve, had the most special temperament and as we always say "you cannot train temperament, it must be part of the breeding." Monkey's temperament is very special, you won't find a kinder, more biddable animal. Around the house, you don't know he's there until you want him.
Last year, my wife gave me the go ahead to take him shooting, "he was out of this world, I wanted to see what he was really made of, so I gave him the hardest of retrieves you could imagine, he kept achieving amazing retrieves. Wing tipped cock pheasants running like stags on the edge of the moor, if anything he made it look too easy."
